The academy of Arts of Tallinn is an image of the city and the Baltic Sea – generous and dynamic, while being also interiorised to protect creativity. It is designed like a unit of connected fragments, the blue islands, at the same time isolated from the facade and opened on an inland sea.

The interior space enables all the classes to visually communicate through a space of division designed like a large covered mineral garden. This space shelters transparent and coloured towers which emerge like the beacons of the medieval city.
