This iconic boutique dairy factory, gets its name from the coordinates of the site it is located in, the “38° 30° Valley of Art” in the village of Afyon Tazlar, in the province of Afyonkarahisar in Central Turkey.
The warm climate enabled the use of open and semi-open areas and wide terraces with ample shade. The Turkish bath and spa units located in the basement are among the project’s important attraction points.
Design principles are respectful to the location, using naturally existing local materials and textures. Floors are covered with natural stone while ceilings are clad with wooden timber to support the feeling of warmth and elegance.
