After the demolition of Hotel Russia, the site has remained abandoned for over 6 years. Vladimir Putin proposes to turn this 130 000 sqm area into a multi-functional public park. This challenging project has the potential to become the most significant public space development in Moscow for the recent decades, likely to set a new benchmark for the quality of public space in Russia.
