PD House
Located in Los Arrayanes Club, in Puembo, PD House is a composition of habitable walls and volumes, which gathered under the light, create architecture.
The irregular shaped lot with a 1 400 m2 area, provides the rear border with a magnificent view towards a golf course. Is for this reason that PD House sets up in such a way that it closes towards the street but integrates itself to the backyard; directing all of the main spaces to the view.
Three main axis in a transversal direction to the house, give origin to the project. Two of this axis create a circulation area that contains a double height main access and a cantilever staircase. This circulation area works as an organizing element that distributes the user towards the different main spaces and at the same time allows to separate: the secondary spaces to one side, the main spaces at the middle, and with the presence of a third axis on the other side, the garage and service areas on the other side.
