In the background there are majestic trees that look like a park. The house was placed to gain this view. It has 2 levels. The first was destined for public spaces and the second one for private. The location of the house originated two areas open to both south and north. An entry pergola with creepers divides this zone. Three yards are formed: 1) access; 2) front 3) courtyard - garden. The house is developed around an elongated central space orientated in E-W direction, formed by two parallel “wall-beams”. This space with zenithal light basks the house´s south areas and concentrates horizontal and vertical circulations. An undulating low wall confronts to its rigid geometry. This contemporary version of a central courtyard serves as a nucleus to the entire composition. Two pergolas and two roofs were added, with an inverted geometry. The closing of the house is independent of those volumes and it corresponds to a continuous line of crystals in zigzag, forming various internal and intermediate spaces. Proportions were considered in the house and its exterior, both in plants as elevations. A 3 meters module was adopted for this purpose.
