Fanta is built into the hillside neighbouring the center of Feldkirch in Vorarlberg. It houses 3 spacious apartments, each with a terrace giving splendid views of the city and surrounding countryside.

For an optimized use of land and to pay tribute to the site, it is built into the hillside with only the bed- dining and living rooms visible from the outside.

The wood-shingled façade plays with the traditional building style of the area, connecting past and present.

The house also meets the latest ecological standards, with a solar collector system being preinstalled and using geothermal energy via deep drilling for heating and warm water supply.

Deluxe Mountain Chalets, Styria

Deluxe Mountain Chalets in Austria
Set within the scenic mountain panorama of upper Styria, the “Deluxe Mountain Chalets” form an extension to the high-end restaurant Wirtshaus Steirereck. The ambition was to capture fantastic views across the valley, so the owners together with the architects decided to place the chalets on top of the mountain crest in order to provide 360 degrees views.
