OJSC (Open Joint-Stock Company) “Aeroflot — Russian Airlines” (Russian: ОАО «Аэрофлот — Российские авиалинии»), commonly known as Aeroflot (Аэрофлот, English translation: “air fleet”), is the flag carrier and largest airline in Russia.
Headquartered in Moscow, Aeroflot is one of the oldest airlines in the world, tracing its history back to 1923.

Plotkin Vladimir Ionovich was born 5/13/1955 in Leningrad.
He graduated from Belarus polytechnic institute Architectural faculty in 1980.
Major Vladimir Plotkin designs include his competition entry for the Grand Museum of Egypt (2002) and the The building of Federal Arbitration Court of Moscow region (2007)
