The project developed with minimal change to the southern facade, which reflected to newly designed northern parts of the structure, creating plastic form of the building, which suits specific surrounding natural and urban environment, and organically extends into the open outdoor pool with amphitheater.

On the top of the building the roof cafe with a terrace was designed offering a view to the Curonian lagoon and the Baltic sea. Over the dolphin living space the sunroof was installed, dropping the maximum amount of light into the pool area.
