Frank Lloyd Wright designed a unique residential complex for wealthy Buffalo businessman Darwin D. Martin and his family between 1903-1905. The most substantial and highly developed of Frank Lloyd Wright’s Prairie houses in the Eastern United States, The Darwin D. Martin House received National Historic Landmark status in 1986.

Houses of Sagaponac
The Houses of Sagaponac provides a possible unique sanctuary to relocate the completed restored Bachman Wilson House within a neighborhood of well-designed houses that emulates a similar design philosophy. In 1954 Abraham Wilson and Gloria Bachman commissioned Frank Lloyd Wright to design a house in Millstone, New Jersey, an area subject to frequent flooding.

The largest single-site collection of Frank Lloyd Wright buildings in the world, known collectively as Child of the Sun, the 12 structures will be featured in the 2009 exhibition at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum in New York. Eager to realize his dream of masterminding an entire city, Frank Lloyd Wright designed 18 buildings for Dr. Ludd Spivey, 12 of which were built.
