Clare County Library, designed by Keith Williams Architects in Ennis, County Clare, Ireland, granted planning consent. The new 2,300sqm project for client Clare County Council, has been conceived as a new cultural hub for the town and the region.
This Japanese educational building is characterised by a series of arches. The effect is striking, using the rhythms of the facade to create a strong architectural impression.
