1:1 was engaged to design a new factory building that would enable a handbag manufacturer to expand capacity on his current site in Mariveles, Bataan, Philippines.
This renovation project, aiming to create an institute of digital arts, is located in an old sugar factory building located in Beijing and was designed by JSPA DESIGN.

The brief of the project was to have a space that would inspire the people that works there, to encourage the operators and engineers to work as clean as possible and a stimulating office space that maximize the transparency and visibility towards the industrial line.
