Design: Cartwright Pickard Architects. Doncaster Council’s new Civic Offices assist the Council to rationalise their estate, bringing many departments together under one roof in a purpose-built, low energy building.

Cartwright Pickard Architects worked alongside Muse Developments and Wates Construction to deliver this new BREEAM Excellent workplace for up to 1,600 staff.

Centro Cívico del Bicentenario Córdoba

Bicentennial Civic Center Córdoba – Argentina

Design: GGMPU Arquitectos + Lucio Morini. The Bicentennial Civic Center building will be the first administrative complex to have been designed specifically for that end by the Province of Córdoba.

This building is located on the edge of the historic center of the city, on a lot that used to belong to the railway tracks. One of its sides, measuring more than 700m, was adjacent to the River Suquia, and constituted a physical barrier drastically separating the neighborhoods on both sides of the river.
