Clifton 301, is a seasonal two-bedroom apartment in a building designed by SAOTA, interior by OKHA: flanked on either side by Table Mountain’s Twelve Apostles, it is in equal parts luxurious getaway, relaxed coastal retreat and entertainer’s dream.

This Cape Town building design by RBA is located in the grain elevator portion of the historic grain silo complex occupying six floors above what will become the Zeitz Museum Of Contemporary Art Africa.
The house was conceived and designed by SAOTA as a simple box, floating over the dune, capturing and framing the view. The outer shell of the box is finished in a rough textured concrete, contrasting with the smooth reveal and soffit that tapers to create a delicate frame.

This SAOTA designed villa is accessed from Kloof Road, which winds along the western slopes of Lion’s Head, this site is positioned in the wind-protected suburb of Clifton.
