The former historical telegraph office was rebuilt to a contemporary office building by BEHF Architects. The idea of connecting the building’s historical substance with modern components is already achieved in the entrance area of Telegraf 7.

New balcony design by X ARCHITEKTEN in historic Viennese district Wieden for an Austrian-Italian family. It complements the family’s living space with a small herb and vegetable garden as well as a dining table to enjoy mealtimes outside.
Design: Pichler & Traupmann Architekten. From the service workshops to the heliport all the elements of this building development are laid out along a single vertical axis, i.e. also from the counter to the reception and the event areas to the large atrium of the offices.
Design: Dietmar Feichtinger Architectes. The focus of the Cafe is set in the center of the dome hall. To emphasize the outstanding center of the place and its characteristic setting, the whole design is oriented on the centerpiece.

With the pilot housing project CJ5, Caramel Architects have completed a project which both maintains the qualities of the single-family house, with a generous garden and terrace on the living level, and attains a FAR of 1.0.
Architects: Nerma Linsberger. A large variety of apartment ground plans are made possible through the particular body structure of the building. Openness and the dynamic of the space structure may add to the diversity of housing units.
