Urban development and landscape planning competition for reuse of Paulaner brewery building in Munich, 1st prize, architectural design competition won by Hierl Architekten. The courtyard design gives the Paulaner headquarters an identifiable building and also references the former Zacherl brewery.
Architect: Jakob Bader. House V is a large house on a small plot and built with a limited budget. On the outside it is very red and on the inside very raw. The house is well insulated and includes a geothermal pump and air-handling system minimising operation and maintenance costs.
