Design: Kleinewelt Architekten. The building was constructed in 1932 as a catering factory for workers. Later in 1950s, it was repurposed into pharmaceutical factory and later as offices. The original Constructivist appearance of the building had been completely destroyed.
The Open International Urban Landscaping and Design Competition is a part of the “Moscow.Flowers.Sweets” Festival. Participants are offered to suggest solutions for landscape and floral compositions to improve Moscow urban spaces in the city centre and its outskirts.
Architects: Simon Rastorguev design group. Construction starts on futuristic Moscow suburbs house, a building with polygonal architecture. Its design is based on the “synergy of creative and artistic searches with algorithms of parametric computer modeling”.

Architects: Atrium. Barkli Park is a residential complex with a Moscow Committee of Sport sport-center. It is situated in a neighborhood built mostly in the soviet period, but on the border of the Ekaterininsky historical park.
Design: HOK / FXFOWLE / SPEECH, architects. The estate is made up of two buildings united by a common stylobate. The tower buildingss are 290 and 338 meters high (63 & 77 floors). The 350,000 sqm area is mostly occupied by apartments.
Design: MetropolitanmomentuM. The existing building is a, now derelict, architectural gem in Moscow. The new addition and its architectural elements attempt to recognize Pushkinsky cinema’s great history while also paving its path towards its future in the city of Moscow.
Design: Zaha Hadid Architects. A new home for supermodel Naomi Campbell. Her boyfriend, Russian billionaire Vladislav Doronin, commissioned architect Zaha Hadid to design a house in the style of a spaceship.
Design: John McAslan + Partners, architects. The art museum building is part of the redevelopment of the historic Bolshevik Factory. The building will display Russian Impressionist art, temporary exhibitions, lectures, concerts and multi-media presentations.
