Transformation of Birmingham’s Mailbox, designed by Stanton Williams, will shortly begin on site following the appointment of contractors. Works on the building are planned for completion in 2015.
Originally completed in 1970, Mailbox was converted into one of the largest mixed use buildings in the UK in 2001, with 16,000 sqm of commercial office space, two hotels and over 9,000 sqm of retail space.
Glenn Howells Architects’ design for the i9 building in Wolverhampton will provide 50,000 sq. ft. of Grade A office space and is scheduled to be completed in 2020.

Design2e has been commissioned to deliver a two-stage tender project to build two luxury apartment blocks, called Left Bank, in the centre of Birmingham. The towers will stand at 22 and over 31 storeys when complete, making the larger of the pair the tallest residential building in the city.
Carbon neutral project designed by Fairhursts Design Group. Constructed with a glulam timber frame, the building is finished with western red cedar boarding and single-fired terracotta rain screen cladding. CLT is used for the floor structure.

Located on the 21st and 22nd floors of the iconic 28-storey Alpha Tower, Alpha Works caters for the booming demand for flexible, collaborative and alternative work spaces in the region.
