The Pritzker Architecture Prize appoints two new jurors, architect and 2012 Laureate Wang Shu and André Aranha Corrêa do Lago, to the Jury. The upcoming 2018 edition marks the 40th anniversary of the accolade, known internationally as architecture’s highest honor.

Jo da Silva of Arup, awarded The Institution of Structural Engineers’ 2017 Gold Medal. The prize recognises the outstanding leadership she has provided as both a structural and humanitarian engineer. She co-ordinated over 100 humanitarian agencies to provide transitional shelter in Sri Lanka after the Indian Ocean Tsunami.
