Situated in the northern east suburbs of Athens in Greece, this house is designed by Kipseli Architects, and is a vertical axis due to the building coverage ratio.

A luxurious contemporary house of 1000 sqm located on a plot of 7000 sqm. The property design balances the cooling water element and the owners love for yachts, which was the inspiration for this project.

One of the primary objectives by AKKM & Associates – Architecture and Urban Design was to minimize the building’s coverage in order to maximize space for gardens. The two apartments on the first two floors are aligned as a block parallel to the street, separating the site as well as the outdoor spaces into two sections
Design: Klab Architecture, Architects. A house of 250m2 for a young family in an almost rural area part of Athens Paiania, was designed in a plot of 500m2. As the first house that was going to be built in this new suburb, but not the last we had to consider future developments but start from an almost white paper.
Design: Potiropoulos D+L Architects. The architectural gesture stems from the idea of a pair of parallel prisms that support a third, long, transverse volume shaping an armful that welcomes the citizen.

The architectural concept is based on the intention to expose the antiquities recovered from the sea bed not as meaningless, dead relics, but as objects partially recovering the original significance.
Being situated on the 9th floor, the space enjoys the most spectacular views of the Acropolis from the living room and to the rear of the building, the bedrooms overlook the tiny church of St. George on the peak of Mt. Lykabettos
The house is conceived and experienced as a series of surprises playing with light and scale while the design exploits the tension between conflicting elements – opaqueness and transparency, intimacy and openness, curves juxtaposed with angular geometry
Τhe Museum becomes a spatial narrative based on experience; it awakens mind and fantasy, it brings fragments from the depths to the surface and transforms them to knowledge
Designed by Bernard Tschumi Architects of New York/Paris with Michael Photiadis of Athens as local associate architect, the Museum has presented a number of temporary exhibitions in a lower-floor gallery over the past year.
