Job running architect + Architectural Technician required – contract Positions
We have an urgent requirement for a very experienced Architectural Technician and a qualified Architect for an immediate start for one of our clients.
The work mostly involves small to medium-sized education jobs. Typically these jobs range from the complete re-design of a sports facility to alterations and extensions to primary and secondary schools.
You must be capable of working automously, have good client/contractor skills, be used to working on site and have excellent knowledge of current building regulation. You should also be fully AutoCad literate and be capable of producing full architectural drawings.
This architect job is initially for a minimum of 3 months weeks but may be extended. You should also have access to your own transport.
