Moscow School of Management
The School was founded to promote an innovatory practice-based approach to management which will address emerging conditions in Russia and elsewhere in the world. The core of the project is the ‘Disc’ where suites of teaching spaces, a congress centre, and supporting facilities form an internal cityscape.

Ferrum 1 St Petersburg Office Building
The first building in Russia constructed with Corten steel. This office building stands on the historic site of the former Rossiya factory in St Petersburg’s Polustrovo district. Situated on the right bank of the Neva opposite the Smolny Cathedral.

Headquartered in Moscow, Aeroflot is one of the oldest airlines in the world, tracing its history back to 1923. This office building is a really bold design, with sharp angles and lots of glazing.

City Palace Tower
The City Palace will make history in Moscow. Apart from being a completely unique feature on the city skyline, it will incorporate the most luxurious civil venue in which ordinary Moscovites can marry – the Wedding Palace.

The Lakhta Center Tower construction was awarded LEED® Platinum certification according to the results of the assessment of the environmental performance criteria. The Lakhta Center Tower scored 82 points, which corresponds to the highest Platinum level.

The Rossiya Tower building continues the practice’s investigation into the nature of the tower, taking structural, functional, environmental and urban logic to a new dimension. This mixed-use Russian skyscraper project incorporates apartments, hotel, office and leisure space.

Located in a natural area 15km Southwest of central Moscow, the Skolkovo Innovation Center is an original concept at both Russian and International levels – a scientific and ecological cluster and a centre of excellence driving synergies between the teaching and research communities, their applications and their economic deployment. Skolkovo will feature a university campus, a start-up enterprise zone, and a cluster of research laboratories and businesses.
