The territory of the residential complex is situated in the district where a monument of constructivist architecture – the bread-baking plant is located.

The complex represents the dispersed buildings with the pronounced composite axis emphasizing the predominating role of the plant building. The project also includes the reconstruction of the plant building for the museum purpose.
