Oxford Street Offices
– Two new buildings will stand above a new Crossrail station at the junction of Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Street, in Central London.
– The design works to create a strong civic landmark that befits its location.
Mixed-use Project:
– Together, the nine floor buildings accommodate 172,200 square feet of high quality office space, bars, terraces, and a new 350-450 seat theatre, set around a plaza.
Office:
– The external fabric engages with both the city and the business of workplace through a richly detailed assembly of glass, metal and stone components that respond to solar orientation and the changing urban texture.

Mahler 4 Office
The master plan mandated a specific zoning envelope for each building in the development. This edict resulted in the traditional base, shaft, and crown structure of high-rise buildings, here angled in plan to yield a more dynamic urban composition.

Rafael Viñoly Architects’ design sought to reinvent this tripartite building structure. The architects unified the three tower volumes into a singular composition through the use of an exterior stair and vertical aluminum mullions.

Unusual neo-Gothic office building, which created some raised eyebrows as it deviated significantly from the standard rectilinear office building formula well-established in the City. Although some other buildings such as No. Poultry – Postmodern style – also differed from the norm, there was no tradition for neo-Gothic in the City in recent decades.

This is the new building for a healthy cosmeceutical product company. The facility is surrounded by rich green mountains. It has the office and manufacturing and research facilities.

This major office development formerly designed by make architects is now being designed by John Robertson Architects (JRA). The historic Monument was designed by famous architect Christopher Wren with Robert Hooke and is a key fixture on the London tourist route.
