EC House México
Design: Pascal Arquitectos
EC House is developed on a single floor, presented by two bodies that interconnect by a crystal tunnel. In the first building we find the public areas including the living room, dining room, family room and studio. These areas have roofed terraces with views to the garden which surrounds the property.
On the second patio the bedrooms, play room, T.V. room and a lecture studio are placed. In the patios, there is a swimming pool with resting areas and fireplaces.
In the lower floor the 1,600 square feet gym and spa overlooking a sunken garden with water fountains.
The house has a contemporary style and it is mostly built out of Galarza stone, floors in travertine and antiques oak.
The house extends on a 2,500 m2 area and 1,800 m2 of the total construction.
