EPR ARCHITECTS GRANTED PLANNING PERMISSION FOR THE SPITALFIELDS HOTEL
Planning Permission has been granted by the London Borough of Tower Hamlets for the Spitalfields Hotel.

The design by EPR Architects for the client Endurance Land will replace the existing Bangla City Continental Supermarket with a new 189 boutique bedroom hotel. The site is located within the Fournier Street and Brick Lane Conservation Area at the end of the historically and architectural important Fournier Street.
After extensive community engagement the scheme gained the support of English Heritage; The Spitalfields Society and the Spitalfields Community Group.
The hotel is expected to be completed in spring 2015 and is designed to achieve an Excellent BREEAM Rating.
