Evelina London Children’s Hospital is a specialist NHS hospital in London. It is administratively a part of Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust and provides teaching hospital facilities for King’s College London School of Medicine.
Stirling Prize Review – extract:
The Evelina hospital is formed from two main elements, the standard box and a glassy volume nuzzling up to it with a curved & glazed roof form…the expressed steelwork and the emphasis on a light-filled atrium are typical of this genre, initially made famous by Norman Foster and Richard Rogers.
Location:Westminster Bridge Road, London, UK
