Murray Hotel in Hong Kong
The Murray, converted from the previously known Murray Building, is one of several historic landmarks under the Conserving Central Initiative Project to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the HKSAR. A former government headquarters tower, the 27-storey building designed by architect Ron Phillips almost 50 years ago, has been re-born as a 336-room luxury hotel.

A Sports Bar and Deli specialising in classic “New York City-style” fares like Reuben Sandwiches, and Bagel & House Lox. The project’s interiors push the site’s existing back-of-house kitchen towards the front-of-house, so passersby can peek in through the restaurant’s kitchen window from the pavement.
