The design by SAOTA comprises a series of horizontal planes – the green hedge on street level, the solid street facing front of the house, the indoor layers running from east to west, the linear terrace and sloping green embankment and swimming pool below.
The villa was built in the 90s however (ma!ca) architecture redesigned the entire house. Originally the kitchen was very dark due to a steel wall which shut out natural light. however the redesigned house has become much lighter and really pleasant.
