This tall Hampshire structure was originally called the Portsmouth Millennium Tower.
The structure has since been renamed as The Emirates Spinnaker Tower.
Developer: Berkeley Group / Berkeley Homes
It forms the centrepiece of the Portsmouth Harbour redevelopment. Funding cam partly from a UK National Lottery grant.
Development Type : mixed-use – retail; leisure; residential
The tower’s shape was selected by Portsmouth residents.
