Architects RMJM were once very active in the UAE but in late 2008 they scaled back their workforce after a large number of projects were postponed or abandoned as the credit crunch hit the Middle East.

OVERVIEW
RMJM is an international firm of architects with offices throughout the UK, Asia, and the Middle East. The firm recently secured commissions in four of the world’s rapidly developing markets – China, India, Russia, and Qatar – providing the impetus for forthcoming offices in Abu Dhabi, Delhi, and Doha. However, at the time of updating this page in 2014, the architecture practice had gone through a painful period of shrinkage, with even the head office in Edinburgh, Scotland, closed down.

This UAE skyscraper development is not to be confused with Trident Grand Residence – located in Dubai Marina.
The project is an upscale 45-storey residential tower in Dubai Marina by developer Trident International Holdings (TIH) which has 255 one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments, besides penthouses.
