UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Villa is situated on the seashore of Materada, near Porec in Istria , Croatia, just a few steps from the beach. The client wanted a recognizable, residential house that satisfies functional and aesthetic demands, a visual imperativ of luxury and comfort. The house is designed as two floors hideaway, with a swerved upper floor, large cantilevered spaces that form covered outer spaces and focus the views towards the sea. Basic materials are corten, aluminium, wood and glass.
