With over 300,000 square meters of land area, the entire private cluster housing development is divided into two phases, with which the whole development will be equipped with leisure, entertainment, retails and institutional facilities.
Phase One consists of 189 units of villas and terraces, completed with clubhouses all set within the lush greenery and water landscapes covering a total area of 47,000 square meters.

The strategic design of the master planning revolves around the dwelling clusters being built on reclaimed islands set on a network of man-made waterways, connected by bridges which allow residents to access by both foot and cars. Pockets of open decks and pavilion enclaves encourage community activities to grow amidst the continuous lush greenery and cascading waterways.

The articulation of the villas and terraces aims to maximize the relation and dialogue of each unit to the surrounding water landscape. Each house is set to gain the full experience of the water edge living; having the living area extending out onto an open outdoor deck with a non-obstructed view of the water that flows right along their doorstep.
The concept is further developed in the clubhouse designs which aim to serve as the community catalyst. Architecturally, the Events Clubhouse is designed as a screened pavilion floating on the water body at the entrance of the development, which becomes a lighted beacon at night. On the contrary, the second Leisure Clubhouse is designed to have minimal visual impact by sinking the programs into the basement while the dwellings around it can enjoy its turf roof.
The houses are set in an idyllic landscape that allows the residents to be in touch with nature constantly. The awareness of nature is enhanced and the experience of living in these surroundings is unique to this development only.
