Located in Cambodia’s bustling capital city, Phnom Penh, the Chipmong Tower is a mixed-use development situated along the Russian Federation Boulevard and is proximal to the Centre of Phnom Penh. The rectangular site fronts the Russian Federation Boulevard and the Main Tower is situated along the front.

After an intensive rehabilitation of its emblematic architecture the Central Market in Phnom Penh was reopened on May 25th, 2011. The team, competition winner in 2005, consists of Villa Park (a Franco-Cambodian construction company) and the French international architecture Agency Arte Charpentier Architectes.
