Comprising two eight-storey buildings, the first achieved LEED Platinum, through close collaboration between the developer, new owner, and professional team. Platinum exceeds the project’s target of Gold and is the highest possible LEED certification for sustainable buildings internationally.

The plot has an area of 585 sqm, rising by 2.5 m from the street level and ascends further towards the back. The Three Residence Complex building that has been constructed includes, apart from the basement, two one-storey apartments 150 and 125 sqm each and one 300 sqm maisonette.

A house of 250m2 for a young family in an almost rural area part of Athens Paiania, was designed in a plot of 500 sqm. As the first property that was going to be built in this new suburb, but not the last we had to consider future developments but start from an almost white paper. Nevertheless due to crisis new developments are not due to appear any time soon.

The architectural concept is to expose the antiquities recovered from the sea bed not as meaningless, dead relics, but as objects partially recovering the original significance. The museum design is structured around a strong vertical gesture, located in a monumental space derived from the shape of ancient amphorae as well as the shape of ships.
