Architect Studio formerly based in Spain – now Soriano y Asociados arquitectos
Soriano y Asociados arquitectos is an architecture studio founded in 1992 by Federico Soriano y Dolores Palacios based in Madrid.
Federico is an Architect from the E.T.S.A.M. in 1986 and Doctor architect by the E.T.S.A.M. in 2002. He is a professor of Projects at the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid. Director and editor of the magazine “Fisuras de la Cultura Contemporánea”.
He alternates his professional work with dedication to research and criticism, writing in different books and specialized magazines, as well as participating in various courses and conferences. He has been director of the magazine “Arquitectura” of the Official College of Architects of Madrid.
Dolores Palacios is an Architect from the E.T.S.A.M. in 1987. Since 2000 professor of projects at the Alfonso X el Sabio University, since 1999 she has been a member of the editorial board of VIA Arquitectura Magazine of the Official College of Architects of Valencia.
Author of three monographs on contemporary Basque architects: Rufino Basáñez, Hnos Iñiguez de Onzoño, and Alvaro Libano, edited by the Official College of Basque Architects of Navarro.
