This residential project is a semi-public, enclosed housing block consisting of a perimeter of four storeys and a central area with one-family housing.

Two slender, twenty-one high tower buildings have excellent views to the River Maas.

The project is focused on a semi-elevated public deck above car parking. The main neighborhood street continues onto the deck and ends in a belvedere facing the river. The high-rise blocks have a free overhang of 12 metres.

This Dutch architecture firm is no longer in existance.

As of April 2013 the partners of this Netherlands architecture practice have decided to go their separate ways and to end the design studio as a company. Roel Bosch, Herman de Kovel and Paul de Vroom will each continue their work as independent architects offices.
