The design is well put together taking into account conflicts and complexities arising from the objectives to create a building which could encourage communal interactions and yet provide levels of privacy differently to different user groups. The planning created a public thoroughfare which allows the campus population at large to commute comfortably through the campus grounds. The residences are lifted off the ground, orientated to provide environmental comfort to the residents, grouped to house the different users groups so that they would be most comfortable socially, and sensibly provided with the right amenities for comfort and communality. This project demonstrates successful integration in designing for communities of peoples.
