It’s long proportion produces a set of spaces on which the presence of natural light is the main challenge. The apartment is refurbished having the courtyard/garden as a central area that is totally open to the living room and adjacent spaces. The courtyard is the main source of natural light for the apartment. The building has bedrooms, bathroom and laundry at ground level. On this foundation rests a top floor of living spaces, with a sloping roof, and a terrace that develops along the whole facade. The living room, dining room and kitchen take advantage of the exposure and the outdoor area in terrace, sheltered by the very construction from the prevailing winds from the north.
