University campus is a crucial factor for city development. It is an element, which significantly affects the attractiveness of a district or even a whole city. Osiedle Przyjaźń 2.0 is an innovative university campus located in the center of Bemowo district in Warsaw. It was founded in 1950s as a habitat of small wooden houses, filled with lots of green areas.

Raw and concrete outer look of a house contrasts with a friendly and spacious interior which makes this building a house of two faces.

An obvious conflict develops between the driveway and the garden. The idea arose to lower the driveway in order to separate it from the garden.

Baltyk Tower Poznań
Bałtyk appears totally different depending on what side it is approached from. A linear building with a concrete, entirely glass-fronted façade and clearly exposed aggregate grain, sets it apart from its surroundings.
