New private residence with integrated garage.
The main level contains living zones with an open plan, with split-level in order to give extra height to the living room.
Open main floor plan with additional roof height in the living space creates a transparent and light interior. The building is constructed with lightweight concrete blocks, combined with some parts in oiled oak. The top level is designed as a glass “lantern” to emphasize the penthouse appearance.
