BOKLOK HOMES PROPERTIES SET TO ARRIVE IN UK
Live Smart @ Home is delighted to announce it has signed an exclusive national licence to market BoKlok properties in the UK.
We are close to acquiring a site at St James, Gateshead, (near to Gateshead International Stadium) and a planning application to Gateshead Council will then follow.
We are seeking permission to construct 36 apartments/flats using the BoKloK method of construction first pioneered in Scandinavia by furniture giant Ikea and construction firm Skanska.
The state-of-the-art prefabricated, Scandinavian-style timber framed properties will be aimed at households earning between £15,000 and £30,000 a year and will be sold on an outright sale or shared ownership basis.
If planning permission is approved, we hope to start work on site in early 2007 with the apartments/flats being marketed in Ikea’s Gateshead store in Spring/Summer.
