At the study stage PROGRAM: Tower accommodating apartments (436 apartments distributed throughout 40 floors), shops on the ground floor, and access to the subway. SURFACE : 40 000 m2 HEIGHT : 144 m CLIENT : A+R Kalimian Reality The sculptural tower, placed at the corner of an avenue, is composed of two parts and complemented by a vertical pavilion on each side. The prismatic design of volumes gathers light while optimizing the lengthways views onto the streets.
