This tube station opened in May 1999. It is adjacent to The O2, on the south bank of the River Thames. It is most eastern below ground station located along the line, between the Canary Wharf and Canning Town tube stops.

The blue-tiled walls in the cavernous interior were inspired by the design of MTR stations in Hong Kong. The deep volume is characterised by these deep blue tiles, but also by the high, raked concrete columns.
