All units comply with the Lifetime Homes standard and 10% are specifically designed for wheelchair access. A convenience store and café / restaurant unit on the Bromley Road frontage will create active frontages to the scheme and contribute to the infrastructure of the wider area. image from architects The brick clad buildings vary in height from three to nine stories to enclose the rendered facades of an open courtyard which provides new pedestrian links from Bromley Road and Whitefoot Lane to the neighbourhood health centre as well as communal amenity space for the future tenants of the accommodation.
