The concept for the refurbishment was centred around providing unobstructed circulation and free-flowing spaces, with contemporary artworks displayed throughout the apartment. The 39ft long entrance hall with its 12ft. high ceilings and limestone staircase provides an impressive welcome to the apartment.
The works required over 250 detailed drawings and included over 2,321 sq.ft of limestone flooring and more than 3,164 sq.ft of Wenge stained timber panelling and joinery.
