Acquired by Hammerson in 1993, and extensively reconstructed in 1995, 99 Bishopsgate provides 26 floors of high specification office accommodation totalling 31,200 m². Principal tenants include Deutsche Bank and Latham & Watkins. Hammerson carried out a refurbishment of the top five floors, totalling 5,000 m2, in 2006, and successfully re-let the space to Charles River Associates and existing tenant Latham & Watkins.
