100 Bishopsgate is a skyscraper under construction in the City of London.
It is located at the corner of Bishopsgate and Camomile Street.
The building has been planned for several years and was initially rumoured to be 260 m (55 storeys). However, a planning application submitted in September 2006 revealed it to be 165 m, with 40 storeys.
It was approved in April 2007 and demolition of the building currently on the site is under way. In July 2011 it was given a height increase of 7m, taking the overall height to 172 m.
The building will contain 785,772 square feet (73,000 m2) of office floorspace. It will stand on the other side of Camomile Street to the Heron Tower.

Acquired by Hammerson in 1993, and extensively reconstructed in 1995, 99 Bishopsgate provides 26 floors of high specification office accommodation totalling 31,200 m². Principal tenants include Deutsche Bank and Latham & Watkins. Hammerson carried out a refurbishment of the top five floors, totalling 5,000 m2, in 2006, and successfully re-let the space to Charles River Associates and existing tenant Latham & Watkins.
