The Bloomframe® building consists out of 43 apartments, offices and shops. Each compact apartment is equipped with a Bloomframe® balcony to create outdoor space. By transforming the facade into an accessible floor several square meters are added to the apartment. The opening and the closing of the Bloomframe® balcony creates a constant changing facade pattern. In the winter the facade is closed, during spring the facades opens like a flourishing flower.
