Formerly titled the Volksparkstadion until 2001.

Due to sponsorship deals the name keeps changing, from HSH Nordbank Arena to AOL Arena to Imtech Arena.

Known as the Hamburg Arena for European matches.

The Hamburg football stadium was one of the 12 stadia used in the 2006 World Cup, hosting four group games and a quarter final.
