The walls are made entirely of lightweight in-situ concrete, avoiding the use of additional thermal insulation. photos : Ioana Marinescu The apartments are deep in plan and ingenious. A typical plan has small bedrooms with a linking balcony overlooking the street, with a large open-plan L shaped living-kitchen-dining area behind.
